Liverpool defender Joe Gomez is thinking about changing clubs in the summer transfer window.
Gomez has been playing for Liverpool since 2015. During this time, Joe played 222 games — an average of 25 per season.
Gomez has never been able to fully establish himself in the starting line-up of Liverpool, often entering the game only from the bench, and the departure of Jurgen Klopp from the post of head coach leads the 26-year-old Englishman to think about a change of scenery.
According to talkSPORT, Gomez is not actively taking action to leave Liverpool, but Joe is open to a new challenge and is ready to listen to suggestions from other clubs.
Liverpool are planning to acquire a central defender next summer anyway, because Joel Matip’s contract expires at the end of the season.
