Эрик Тен Хаг Manchester United coach Eric Ten Hag is confident that his club will be able to attract players in the summer transfer window even without the Champions League.

After Germany issued an additional ticket to the Champions League this week, United lost the chance to get into the elite European tournament for next season.

Ten Hag understands that now he will have less money for transfers, but Eric does not question the attractiveness of his club in the eyes of potential newcomers.

“It (not getting into the Champions League) will have an impact on the budget, but I’m sure Manchester United is a very attractive team to play for. I am sure many players will be very happy to play for Manchester United.

“You always have a lot of work to do in the transfer window, and that’s fine, but there’s no denying that injuries have had a big impact on us. We also know that we are still falling short of the expectations associated with Manchester United, so we need to make up for it.”

“This will be my fifth transfer window here. Okay, two windows were quite normal, we missed two, and now we need to make new line-up improvements. But we already have the foundation of the team, and it’s a very good foundation,” Ten Haga was quoted as saying by The Telegraph.
