Sky Sports expert Gary Neville said that the trip to Manchester United is the only match in which Arsenal can lose points at the end of the season.
To really count on the Premier League title, Arsenal need to win their three remaining matches – and, of course, hope for Manchester City to misfire.
Neville expects Arsenal to win against Bournemouth and Everton, and only the away match against United causes Gary some doubts.
“You never know what will happen at Old Trafford, and Old Trafford can become a grave for teams.”
“Even considering the current situation of Manchester United, we need to regard this match as a match of great importance, a big match.”
“The teams from the bottom half of the table won at Old Trafford, but the teams from the top half of the table came here and faced difficulties.”
“Everyone knows that over the last month or two Liverpool have lost the quarter—finals of the FA Cup here, and also drew in the league, which was probably the beginning of Liverpool’s downfall – they dropped out of the championship race and were eliminated from the FA Cup.”
“The match at Old Trafford should never be underestimated. But Arsenal have stability in defense, and they missed their goals against Tottenham because of individual mistakes.”
“I think they will spend the rest of the season with a 100 percent result. My only doubt concerns the match at Old Trafford. In my opinion, everything will also depend on how City spend the next week or two,” Neville said in his podcast.
