Томас Франк Thomas Frank from Brentford will be a serious contender for the position of Manchester United head coach if the Red Devils decide to say goodbye to Eric Ten Hag.

United have still not made a decision on Ten Haga’s future, postponing the matter until the FA Cup final against Manchester City on May 25.

According to The Telegraph, there are fans of Frank’s talent among the new leadership, and if Ten Hag leaves, Thomas will have a high chance of taking his place.

Frank is on excellent terms with Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s right-hand man, Sir Dave Brailsford, to whose 60th birthday party he was invited in March.

The 50-year-old Dane has been keeping Brentford in the Premier League for three years, where he himself led the bees.

The new United bosses want the head coach to focus exclusively on coaching from next season, entrusting the rest of the issues to the technical and sports directors, and at Old Trafford they believe that Frank would ideally fit into this structure.
