Manchester City coach Josep Guardiola feels his striker Erling Holand has returned to his best form after an unconvincing period.
The day before, Holand helped City defeat Wolverhampton with a score of 5 with his poker:1. Erling has strengthened his position in the sport of scorers this season in the Premier League, where he has already scored 25 goals.
With his brilliant performance, Holand silenced his critics, from whom he regularly got in the previous weeks, but Guardiola hastens to remind that Erling missed almost two months with a foot injury.
“Erling is back in business. His penalty is a guarantee of goals, but his second (header) and fourth (twisted kick) were incredible. He needs time to get back to his best form.”
“There is one week left, three matches. Nine points and we’ll be champions. We’ll score seven, six or three, and Arsenal will win the Premier League.
“The goal difference cannot be changed — we simply cannot afford to draw. Arsenal are playing so well and so consistently. There are three matches left, and I hope we will win the first and the second, coming to the third, when our fate is in our hands,” Guardiola was quoted as saying by The Guardian.
