Chelsea manager Mauricio Pochettino has called on his club to find a solution to the huge number of injuries.
Chelsea have been experiencing big injury problems throughout this season. On the eve of the match against Tottenham on Thursday, it became known that the infirmary of the Blues received a replenishment in the person of Tiago Silva with Axel Disasi and now has 14 players.
Pochettino takes into account that the whole of Chelsea is currently in transition, but Mauricio hopes that the injury situation will improve next season.
“I need to be honest. This is a new process and a new structure. But there are always things we can do better.”
“We all feel responsible. We can all be better. Some circumstances are difficult to explain, especially in one sentence.”
“Of course, we are working hard to become better. We have excellent medical staff with extensive experience. But sometimes circumstances are excessive.”
“We need to improve our interaction, dynamics and strategy. We must use all our knowledge and coordinate our actions better so that the situation improves,” Pochettino was quoted as saying by the Evening Standard.
